Introduction to brake pad replacement

① Brake pads are often used in harsh environments such as high temperature/humidity and uneven piston spacing, so they have a high chance of wear.

② Under normal operating conditions, the surface of the disc is very bright and mirror-like to ensure that the disc is in good condition.

There are black friction marks on the surface of the disc and it cannot be locked in time. When the disc is exposed to water and the brakes make a sharp sound, new brake pads and discs need to be replaced.

③ If the brakes cannot lock in time and the brakes make abnormal noise, it means that the brake discs and brake pads are contaminated with grease, and the discs and brake pads need to be replaced together.

④If the thickness of the friction surface is less than 1.5mm, the pad needs to be replaced.
