Description

NAMING Fluffy Baked Highlighter is a baked powder highlighter with a smooth, lightweight texture and clear, luminous pearl glow. Its thin, comfortable finish adds multidimensional radiance to the face and can also be used on the eyes and cheeks. Available in POPPER, PHIL, and FRENESS.

How to Use

Apply to the high points of the face, such as the cheekbones, inner corners of the eyes, under-eye area, bridge of the nose, and lip contour. Use alone for a soft glow or layer for more color intensity. For enhanced color payoff and wear, lightly spray a makeup fixer onto the brush before application.
