Strong Power and Stable Quality

250W controller function description

Please follow the steps described below to connect the controller to your Ebike motor

1. Motor A.B.C
Brushless motor are usually 3 motor wires (thick blue, green, yellow) and 5 Hall wires (5P connectors).
Please connect the 3 motor wires ABC of the controller to your motor wires, please note that the same colours are connected together.

2. Hall sensor
In the second step please connect the 6P Hall sensor connector to the Hall wire of your motor, if the connectors are not the same you can cut the wires to connect. Please note that the same colour must be connected correctly.
Red is 5V+. Black is 5V negative.

3. Throttle
Red: 5V + pole, white (green): throttle signal, black: 5V - pole.
Please connect the controller throttle wires to your throttle connector, if your throttle connector is not the same as the controller connector you can cut the wires to connect, please note the 5V + and - and signal wires. Please take care to connect the wires correctly.

4. Low level brakes
Black and red wire 2p connectors.
The controller has 2 brake wire connectors, please connect to your left and right manual brakes. When the black and white wires are shorted together, the controller will cut off power to the motor.

5. Brake light
Yellow and white wire 2p connectors.
Yellow wire 5V+ Black wire 5v-, please connect to your Ebike brake tail light. This wire will output 5V to drive the brake tail light when using the manual brake.

6. PAS (Power Assist System)
Blue wire: PAS signal. Red: 5V+, Black: 5V negative. 3P connector.
Please connect to the PAS sensor of your e-bike. If the connector wires are ordered differently, you can change the order of the wires manually.
But please note the 5V+ and - and signal wires. The correct connection is sufficient for normal use. We recommend using the dual Hall 8 magnet PAS


7. Automatic cruise
Blue and black wire 2P connector.
Please connect to your throttle cruise button wire. If the connectors are not the same, you can use our complimentary connectors.
This function means that, when switched on, the speed will be constant at the speed you had before you switched on auto-cruise.
If you do not use this function, then you can leave this connector unconnected.

8. Power input
Thick red wire and thick black wire. Red +, black -.
Please connect to your battery, please note that red is the + pole and black is the negative pole. When connecting you need to take special care not to connect the wrong + and -, otherwise you will damage the controller. Please pay particular attention to this step.


9. Power lock
Red wire and yellow wire, blue 2P connector.
Please connect to your key lock, if your key lock connector is not the same, you can use the complimentary connector.
If your Ebike does not need a power lock. Then you can just short them with our complimentary connectors.

10. Automatic detection (learning)
Green wire connectors.
When you have done all of the above, please leave your Ebike motor wheel suspended. and turn on the key lock and power input, short the auto-detect wire for 10 seconds while the controller is checking your motor parameters, after 10 seconds please disconnect the auto-detect. If your motor is running in reverse, then you connect the auto-detect wire again for 10 seconds to retest and select the correct motor running direction. After this operation you have completed all connections. You can use your e-bike normally.
