Description

Dr.Belmeur AHA PHA Exfoliating Toner is a lightweight water-type toner formulated with 5% AHA and 5% PHA to help remove dead skin cells and improve the look of uneven skin texture. It also contains panthenol, allantoin, and Hydroxyphenyl Propamidobenzoic Acid to help soothe the skin. The formula has been tested for non-comedogenicity.

How to Use

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to dry skin using your hands or a cotton pad, avoiding the eye area. Start by using it 2 to 3 times per week, then adjust frequency as tolerated. Follow with serum or moisturizer, and wear sunscreen during daytime use.
