Description

ETUDE HOUSE Dr. Mascara Fixer is a lash primer and fixer designed to help maintain lifted, curled lashes before mascara application. Available in Natural and Black, it coats the lashes for a defined eye look and helps reduce drooping and smudging.

How to Use

Apply from the roots of the eyelashes before mascara. Allow the fixer to dry for 10–20 seconds, then apply mascara.
