Order Processing Times
All orders placed on PrimeStore Premium Marketplace are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. You will always be notified of any significant delays.

International Shipping
PrimeStore Premium Marketplace ships to most countries worldwide.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear, especially for international shipments or items shipped directly from our suppliers.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
PrimeStore Premium Marketplace is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs holds.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Contact the carrier directly
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
Returns & Return Shipping
If your return is approved, customers are responsible for paying for and providing their own return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
