Cough Defense Tea

Cough Defense tea was made for that lingering cough that just won’t seem to go away! We use lots of Mullein to help break up that nasty stubborn phlegm, and compliment it with mood-enhancing lemon balm to boost the spirits. Chamomile helps relax the body and assists in the anti-spasmodic properties of lemon balm to ease the cough. Finally, Ginger adds just the right amount of nutritive benefits and flavor to complete this delicious blend.*

Suggested Use: Brew 1-2 tablespoons in 8 to 10 ounces of water.

Ingredients: Mullein, Chamomile, Lemon balm and Ginger.
